Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new analytical tools, interfacing with ops and program stakeholders;
- Develop models and metrics providing insights on DP experience and performance;
- Own the Flex business metrics reporting in terms of data pipelines and report structure, defining the main metrics and KPIs;
- Drive process efficiency and automation;
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the network to come up with new opportunities/insights;
- Perform deep-dives to find the root causes behind variances of key parameters over a given time-period;
- Partner with BIEs and Data Engineering teams within LMAQ to develop visualization dashboards.
Eligibiilty Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

- Proficiency in SQL or ETL, Microsoft Excel, Quicksight;
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights;
- Written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate across business areas

Preferred Skills:
- 1+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience;
- 2+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience;
- Working knowledge of Redshift;
- Previous experience in creating detailed Business Requirement Documentation;
- Experience using very large datasets.
