Job Overview:
As a Business Analyst, you will have to understand business requirements and can translate application/system functionality into functional specifications and ensure requirements are delivered
Key Responsibilities:
Creation of data dictionaries for the different portfolios and enriching the descriptions where applicable. Review the data dictionaries with the portfolio tech owners and reach out to stakeholders for any clarifications required.
- Define the approach to gathering the requirements (structure, format, level of detail)
- Drill down into High level business needs and transform them into a functional specification which can be used by the Development Team
- Liaise with different technical teams to help them understand the functionality and clear any queries that arise in this context.
- Resolve escalate/issues that emerge from requirements gathering such as lack of stakeholder engagement
- Ensure the quality of requirements is fit for purpose.
- Plan and track progress for all requirements gathering activities.
- Perform gap analysis between what is required and what currently exists.
- Data mapping i.e., mapping of attributes to their respective sources.
- Review of test strategy, test scenarios, test cases and support the testing and resolution of defects.
- SQL skill is must so that he/she can convert business requirements into technical steps as well

- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
