Key Responsibilities:
As a Global Business Data Analyst in our Customer Experience CoE, you will harness on customer analytics, customer data and AI capabilities to deliver superior value to the Carrier businesses.
The position entails the following 2 tracks
1. Working closely with the CoE Delivery lead (~70%)
- Business data analyst* with a focus on qualtrics’s insights enrichment – 50%
- Progressive AI / LLM introduction into the CoE offering and toolbox – 20%
2. Working closely with the CoE Technical/Program Lead (~30%)
- Support data warehousing and setup/programming (Qualtrics) – 15%
- Lead customer data enrichment and quality optimization** – 15%
