Key Responsibilities:
- Should have knowledge and skills in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance or General Insurance.
- Should demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Maintain a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.
- Primarily responsible for completing testing and business analysis (BA) activities related to both Insurance and occasionally Non-Insurance projects.
- Gather and document requirements, implement necessary changes, and ensure these requirements are accurately reflected in development and quality assurance testing.
- Conduct development and quality assurance testing to ensure the solution meets performance standards and maintains a high degree of quality.
