Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the IT team to manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure.
- Assist in the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud services.
- Collaborate with senior team members on ongoing cloud projects.
- Help senior team members to develop automation tools.
- Identify and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure.
- Provide technical support to end-users and assist in problem resolution.
- Maintain detailed documentation of cloud configurations and procedures.
- Generate reports on cloud usage, performance, and security.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in cloud computing.
- Assist in evaluating and implementing new cloud services.
- Work collaboratively with other IT teams and departments to ensure seamless integration of cloud solutions.
Eligibiilty Criteria:
- Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies and infrastructure management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Exposure to cloud projects or coursework.
- Hands-on Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, .net, J query etc.).
- Understanding of Linux, windows administration, and networking concepts in a cloud environment.
- Previous internship or project experience related to cloud infrastructure.
