Key Responsibilities:
- Use your expertise to translate business and technical requirements into design interaction flows and wireframes for web and mobile application experiences
- Projects range from customer-facing websites and mobile apps to internal, employee-facing tools
- Create low-fidelity wire-frames and concepts to validate design requirements, and get feedback from the stakeholder teams
- Develop mock-ups and clickable prototypes to translate functional requirements into high-fidelity UI/UX designs
- Collaborate with teammates and internal stakeholders to help guide teams to utilize our design system and guidelines for developing new services and functionality
- Successfully work with developers, project managers, and other internal teams to optimize processes for user-centered design thinking
- Work on several projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Ability to innovate and visualize simple, intuitive experiences based on complex requirements.
- Provide regular progress updates and status to the management
- Ability to communicate detailed design specs to internal teams
- Ability to create and maintain high-quality design documentation
Eligibiilty Criteria:
- B.Des / B.E / B.Tech
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design and/or any industry-recognized UI/UX professional certification
- 1-2 years of experience as a UX/UI designer

Required Skills:
- A portfolio demonstrating past work experience and relevant, user-centered product design solutions
- Demonstrated experience of working on Design Systems in the past
- An innate capacity for creating engaging, highly usable designs and layouts
- Ability to quickly turn around mockups in a very agile, fast-paced environment and comfortable working on designs without all the product details
- Experience working with Figma or any other equivalent UX design tools
- Preferable but not required: experience working with ZeroHeight
Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and ability to manage upwards effectively
- High level of attention to detail, ability to execute and deliver high-quality project deliverables on budget and on time, and multi-task in a dynamic environment
