Key Responsibilities:
- Process transactions for Underwriting Support Teams.
- Communicate effectively with the Onsite Team.
- Handle Submission Clearance, Bookings, Endorsement Processing, and Renewal Processing.
- Provide excellent customer service by clearly articulating resolutions.
- Manage varied workloads, meeting targets, and deadlines promptly.
- Execute different types of system transactions within established authority levels (e.g., data modifications via rewrite transactions).
- Input data into the policy management system and retrieve information using computer-based software.
- Maintain accountability and uphold quality standards for assigned tasks.
- Support Conversion activities pre and post as assigned.
- Perform additional support and administrative tasks as required.
- Manage time-bound cases efficiently.
Eligibiilty Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/Graduate degree (Excluding Commerce & Tech Background).
