Key Responsibilities:

  • Process transactions for Underwriting Support Teams.
  • Communicate effectively with the Onsite Team.
  • Handle Submission Clearance, Bookings, Endorsement Processing, and Renewal Processing.
  • Provide excellent customer service by clearly articulating resolutions.
  • Manage varied workloads, meeting targets, and deadlines promptly.
  • Execute different types of system transactions within established authority levels (e.g., data modifications via rewrite transactions).
  • Input data into the policy management system and retrieve information using computer-based software.
  • Maintain accountability and uphold quality standards for assigned tasks.
  • Support Conversion activities pre and post as assigned.
  • Perform additional support and administrative tasks as required.
  • Manage time-bound cases efficiently.

Eligibiilty Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s/Graduate degree (Excluding Commerce & Tech Background).
