Position Summary:
We are looking for a Quality Analyst Associate with 0-2 years of experience with the following core attributes –
- Understands customer perspective and designs the tests accordingly.
- Well, acquainted with Web based testing for enterprise products.
- Self-disciplined, organized and detail oriented – able to execute pre-defined tasks on day-to-day basis and meets the release timelines.
- Based on understanding ensures that the test coverage is there for the product feature
- Demonstrates good technical knowledge and should show interest in understanding product architecture and design.
- Ability to find critical issues in the product development stage, should be able to find the corner cases during the development time frame.
- Should be skilled enough to create different test scenarios with different product versions and is able to find the root cause of the issue.
- Excellent Communication Skills (Written, Verbal, teamwork and issue resolution)
- Knowledge of Performance testing and automated test execution scripts development will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document and execute test cases
- Go Getter Attitude and Quick Learner
- Experience in working in various product Integrations end to end
- Knowledge of any ERP and Business Processes will be preferred
- Hands on with Bug tracking tools, reporting from them
- Knowledge of automation and ability to automate the tests will be added advantage
- Knowledge of performance testing using Load Runner will be an added advantage
- Ability to understand customer issues, create the test scenarios based on the information and reproduce the issue in house
Eligibiilty Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline
