Key Responsibilities:
- Comfortable with SQL and Database technologies.
- Display a high level of critical thinking in cross-functional process analysis and problem resolution
- To meet/exceed and maintain service levels as assigned by management.
- To meet/exceed expected reliability standards
- Should be able to efficiently understand the business requirements of the BAs and subsequently be able to configure and provide solutions that meet design needs.
- Should be able to create solution designs, documentation, and presentations and also have experience in training the key users in the application.

- Bachelor’s/ Masters Degree

- Development skills – J2EE, Web services, SQL

- Strong problem-solving and analytic skills.
- High interested in continuously learning new technical solutions and very Analytical in thinking.
