Key Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end analysis and execute procedural changes necessary to improve Diversity hiring practices at ITC FBD.
- Conduct analysis of internal processes and policies to promote inclusivity, specifically focusing on gender and persons with disabilities.
- Assess the existing diversity hiring landscape, perform a gap analysis, and recommend necessary modifications.
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to unite efforts towards diversity hiring initiatives.
- Align current policies and procedures with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Charter standards. Establish talent pipelines across various locations and develop a systematic approach to centralize Diversity Hiring Efforts across the organization.

Preferred Skills:
- Possess a background in HR recruitment with functional expertise in Diversity Hiring.
