Key Responsibilities:
The Collection Executive is responsible for recovering money from cash based customers or defaulter customers. The ideal person is responsible for maximum collection through cheques or branch collections.
- Field investigation of cases forwarded by business executives
- Make collection efficiency plan
- Collection of overdue as well as current month due from the customers
- Develop personal loan and refinance business through existing customers
- Collect pending post disbursement documents from customers
- Ensure timely submission of collected cash from customers in the office
