Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional technical support services remotely to client users.
- Guide users remotely in addressing system and software issues, including installation, debugging, usage, and related software.
- Identify and diagnose hardware failures, initiate inquiries regarding replacement parts, and coordinate subsequent maintenance activities.
- Prioritize special cases for timely resolution, collaborating with other teams to address user issues effectively.
- Accurately and comprehensively document case information in the system following established procedures.
- Identify user needs and recommend product upgrades and configurations to enhance user experience.
Eligibiilty Criteria:
- Possess effective communication skills, a proactive work attitude, a strong sense of responsibility, and a keen aptitude for learning.
- Demonstrate foundational computer skills, including a basic understanding of computer operating systems, as well as commonly used software and hardware.
- Hold a college degree or higher qualification.
