Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis and reporting.
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to build value proposition stories for the projects being executed by the engineering team and capture value realization over-time.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Dashboards to capture dollar realization over time as a result of the executed projects.
Eligibiilty Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on data analysis and visualization.
- Strong proficiency in Tableau, including creating interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Strong in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
