Key Responsibilities:
Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the development and customization of Salesforce applications in Marketing/Sales/Service/Digital Experience Cloud.
This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in building and maintaining Salesforce solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the success of the organization’s Salesforce implementation.
- Salesforce Development:
- Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions.
- Work with senior developers to implement new features or enhance the functionalities based on business requirements.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with system analysts to understand the requirements.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
- Testing and Debugging:
- Conduct unit testing of developed solutions to ensure functionality meets specifications.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in Salesforce applications.
- Documentation:
- Document code, configurations, and development processes to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce customizations.
- Learning and Development:
- Stay informed about the latest Salesforce features, updates, and best practices.
- Actively participate in training sessions and seek opportunities for self-improvement.
- Adherence to Best Practices:
- Follow coding and development best practices to ensure the scalability, security, and maintainability of Salesforce solutions.
- Adhere to organizational coding standards and guidelines.
- Communication:
- Effectively communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to team members and stakeholders.
- Process:
- Knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle.
- Knowledge on Software Development tools.
Eligibiilty Criteria:
- Currently pursuing Bachelors or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Certified in Salesforce Administration/Salesforce Sales Cloud/Salesforce Service Cloud/Platform Developer
- Badges on Trailhead
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic environment.
