Key Responsibilities:
- To work on invoice processing, validation.
- To interact with Telecom vendors.
- To interact with US Team to resolve/answer any questions arising from vendors, customers.
- To interact with customers.
- To work on creation of SOP, documentation of new processes or requests from customers.
- Adhering to the deadlines and quality standards.
- Creation and maintenance of weekly and monthly reports.
- Co-ordinate with different teams to procure information or status of tasks on assigned projects.
- Perform Quality Checks to ensure accuracy of work completed & reported.
- Monitoring Process / Project SLA / ETA Compliance.
- Work on various internal/external process related reports.
- SAKON Mobile portal QA on invoicing part.
- Monitor JIRA tickets raised by Internal Teams/clients.

Preferred Skills:
- Ability to understand detailed process.
- Good data management skills.
- Good communication skills-Spoken & written.
- Prior experience of vendors/customer interaction.
- Hands-on experience on MS Excel with Macros/VBA, Word along with content writing ability to manage very large data sets using complex functions, transform and munge data, identify patterns and anomalies and deeper insights.
- Ability to work under pressure of deadlines/to meet SLA.
- Ability to work in a team, multi-tasking, strong analytical skills.
