Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the product team and other designers to take concepts from idea, through to sketches and wireframes and to high-fidelity designs and prototypes
- Work with multi-disciplinary teams as you’ll interact closely with engineering, product, and business folks to find elegant but practical solutions to design challenges
- Support the team through more isolated phases of the design process
- Rapidly produce multiple concepts; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes
- Support the design team with a variety of needs such as updating the design system as per the central design library, as well as implementing UI improvements.
- Conceptualisizg and creating graphics/ illustrations based on requirements. Support sales activities like newsletters, case studies, product documentation etc. Use appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
- Coordinate and participate in research to help gather user insights.
- Lead design audits, analyze all the design elements used across all products in order to ensure that they’re in sync with the design system

Preferred Skills:
- Have 0-2+ years of experience in crafting product experiences for multiple screen sizes & platforms. But if you’re a fresher with a good portfolio and a great zeal for design, we’d also like to hear from you
- Have an excellent sense of visual (typography, font pairings, color theory & visual hierarchy) and interaction skills (micro-interactions & animations) along with proficiency in UI and interaction design tools – Sketch / Figma / After Effects / Photoshop / etc
- Has a stronghold on common UX patterns, UI Patterns for different platforms & form-factors
- Have a good understanding of prototyping & Information Architecture
