Key Responsibilities:
Volvo Group Digital & IT has the ambition to enable value creation at scale for the Volvo Group. With a product centric operation model and digital technologies, we produce digital offerings that are profitable, scalable and differentiated.
In Digital Technologies IoT (Internet of Things), you will contribute to the transformation and digitalization of Volvo factories.
You will:
- Lead implementation of IIoT solutions for any manufacturing site in Volvo group
- Develop PTC Thingworx custom applications with very high-quality standard.
- Be an IoT Thingworx expert and point of contact to facilitate IoT adoption in sites. You will recommend and support sites in the implementation of IIoT initiatives.
- Explore new technologies (Proof Of Concept / Proof Of Value) to test and understand if a proposed technology solution has some potential to bring value in Volvo Group.
- Be part of the management of the Volvo IoT community by providing Thingworx trainings to Volvo group employees, supporting the community, leading some knowledge sharing sessions.
