Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, including the ability to empathize, pacify, and effectively handle irate customers.
- Possess technical knowledge for troubleshooting base operating system issues and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Provide remote support for troubleshooting Windows, Outlook, Teams, Citrix, VDI, VPN, and security applications.
- Respond promptly to incoming calls and customer emails.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Deliver accurate and detailed product and service information to customers.
- Research solutions using available resources and offer effective resolutions to customer queries.
- Document all interactions and adhere to standard operating procedures.
- Identify and report trends in customer issues to the management team.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new issues and resolutions.
- Maintain detailed call logs and prepare reports as required.

- Candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree are eligible for this role.
