Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual testing activities to detect bugs, defects, and usability issues in our software products.
- Formulate comprehensive test plans and test cases in accordance with product requirements and specifications.
- Execute test cases and document identified bugs using established bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with product management and development teams to grasp the product vision, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Develop, implement, and maintain automated test scripts utilizing industry-standard test automation frameworks such as Selenium and Appium.
- Establish and manage appropriate test harnesses to facilitate automated testing endeavors.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues uncovered during testing, collaborating closely with QA analysts and software developers to devise resolutions.
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
Eligibiilty Criteria:
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
- Possess excellent organizational and time management proficiencies, adept at prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- Exhibit proficiency in programming languages such as C, Java, or Python.
- Showcase mathematical aptitude and grasp of statistical concepts essential for crafting effective test cases.
- Display the capability to collaborate effectively within a team environment, communicating proficiently with individuals from diverse roles and backgrounds.
- Exhibit a desire to comprehend how all components of the software ecosystem interact and to develop QA strategies that align with the overall product strategy.
- Show eagerness to acquire knowledge and adapt to emerging technologies and methodologies in the field of software testing.
Preferred Skills:
- Possess 0-1 years of experience in software testing, preferably in both manual and automated testing.
- Exposure to test automation frameworks and tools would be advantageous.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant internships or coursework are encouraged to apply.
