Key Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to Vice President
- Manage and maintain schedules and synchronize Vice President’s appointments
- Handle all travel arrangements including accommodation, flight ticket bookings
- Handle and screen telephone calls
- Handle expense claims using a web-based reimbursement system (Soundtrax), manage banking matters etc.
- Interact with both the internal and external parties for coordination of meetings
- Prepare management reports and meeting support
- Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events in India, both internal and external
- Familiar with working with government agencies
- From time to time the job holder will be expected to carry out other activities/special projects for which she is competent to do in order to assist in the efficient operation of the Company.
Eligibiilty Criteria:
- Any Graduate
- Sensitivity for business requirements and working flexibility
- Must be willing to support across three time zones (Pacific, Eastern and European)
- Willingness to address travel requirements and coordination on phone calls/ post office hours
- Go getter mindset

Required Skills:
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications; in particular Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. SAP experience would be an advantage.
- Experience of working within a multi-layered matrix organization with multiple offices to communicate with.
- Excellent inter-personal skills and able to work effectively in multi-cultural and international environments
- Excellent literacy, communication, and analytical skills at all levels, with both internal and external customers
- Ability to control and maintain multi-task efficiently
