Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive knowledge and skills in Operations, Maintenance, Information Technology, and Techno-commercial functions.
- Execute assigned tasks independently after completion of training.
- Comprehend and implement necessary processes and systems essential for company operations.
- Serve as a role model for safety, health, environmental, and quality matters.
- Actively pursue opportunities to acquire skills for different roles across Hydrocarbon sectors.
- Gain expertise in operations, maintenance, computer science, and innovative business ventures.
- Learn supervision techniques and contractor oversight.
- Acquire skills in planning and optimizing plant and site facility operations and maintenance.
- Participate in critical refinery activities like major projects, turnarounds, and safety initiatives.
- Attend Operations and Maintenance meetings to understand stakeholder roles and responsibilities.
Eligibiilty Criteria:
- First-class degree in Engineering discipline with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks.
- Experience 0-2 years
